Introduction
The Rostrum Group ("TRG," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit therostrumgroup.com, complete a form, take a quiz, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase a product, or otherwise interact with us.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Information We Collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us
- Your name and email address when you complete a contact or inquiry form, enter your email to receive a guide or quiz result, or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Details you choose to share about your goals, role, or interests when you write to us or fill out a form.
- If you purchase a product or course, the information needed to complete that purchase. Payment and course access are handled by our course platform and its payment processor — we do not store your full payment card details ourselves. See Section Five.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical and usage data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and the site that referred you, gathered through standard web logs and analytics.
- Small data files — cookies and similar technologies — that help the site function and help us understand how it is used. See Section Four.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the coaching, products, or services you request.
- Deliver digital products and course access, and process related transactions.
- Send newsletters, updates, or marketing you have asked to receive — you can opt out at any time.
- Improve our website, content, and offerings.
- Maintain the security and integrity of our site.
- Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies — some essential to how the site works, and some that help us measure traffic and improve the experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended if you do.
We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising.
Third-Party Platforms
Some of our services run on third-party platforms — for example, our newsletter, course delivery, and payment processing. When you interact with those platforms, their own privacy policies and terms also apply to the information you provide there, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services we link to.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — to respond to you, fulfill a purchase, send communications you have requested, or meet legal and record-keeping obligations — and then we delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights & Choices
You have control over your information:
- Access & correction. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Marketing opt-out. Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
Depending on where you live — for example, California, or the EU and UK — you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will honor those rights as applicable.
Making a request
Contact us using the details in Section Twelve. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on reputable providers with their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Some of our programs work with young athletes, including those under 18. Where we work with a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to be involved and to provide any consent required. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
